We’re pleased to share the news of the FIRST EVER (and hopefully first of many – let’s make this an annual thing) British Heritage Night at Toronto FC, Friday 7th June 2019 at BMO Field stadium. Join the British community for pre-game festivities – enjoy music, food, drinks and some light entertainment before cheering on the Reds against Sporting Kansas City.
WHAT’S INCLUDED WITH TICKET:
- Early entry into the stadium (two hours prior to kick-off);
- Participation in games, with prizes and giveaways;
- $10 drink (or food) voucher to be redeemed in the stadium before kick-off;
- Match ticket for MLS league fixture: Toronto FC v Sporting Kansas City.
PRE-GAME EVENT DETAILS:
The planned schedule is as follows (may be subject to change – we’ll keep you posted):
5:00 pm
Meet at Brazen Head pub in Liberty Village for a pre-game pint or two, before “marching” down to the stadium together.
6:00 pm
Early entrance into BMO Field stadium via Gate 1B and to the Budweiser King Patio – directly below the large screen in the north stand.
6:15 pm
Welcome remarks from event hosts.
6:30 pm
British music, networking, interactive games (with prizes), giveaways, private pre-game food/drinks bar.
8:00 pm 7:00 pm
Kick-off — COME ON YOU REDS! Kick-off has been brought forward by one hour to accommodate the Toronto Raptors’ continued participation in the NBA finals (Game 4 of which will be shown on the big screen after the final whistle).
The Budweiser King Patio (north stand) has been exclusively reserved for event ticket-holders for two hours prior to kick-off.
Bring flags, wear the kit of your supported team (or TFC of course), etc. It’s expected that the group will be seated together in the stadium for this event.
